Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in or using any services provided by ap33, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any provision, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.
The ap33 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Any use by individuals below the minimum age requirement is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and ap33 and shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia.
Account Registration and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ap33 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without compensation.
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. ap33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the account verification (KYC) process. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account access being suspended.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. ap33 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of account details to third parties. Any unauthorised access must be reported to our customer support team immediately.
User Responsibilities and Rules
Users agree to use the ap33 platform solely for personal and lawful entertainment purposes. Use of the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, system manipulation or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automation software, bots or any tools designed to manipulate games or platform systems is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing your account or allowing others to access it is strictly prohibited.
- Placing bets on behalf of others or accepting funds from third parties for betting purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to exploit any technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform system is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local laws in their respective areas of residence.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination and, depending on the severity of the case, legal action may be pursued.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the ap33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local online banking options such as Maybank, Touch 'n Go and FPX. ap33 is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name. ap33 reserves the right to decline or withhold any deposit suspected of involving fraud or illegitimate funding sources. The minimum deposit is RM 10 unless otherwise stated on the relevant page.
Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the chosen method and required verification process. ap33 reserves the right to delay withdrawals subject to security checks or compliance requirements. Users must ensure that the bank account details provided are accurate — ap33 is not responsible for failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect information.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Ap33 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors or viruses. To the extent permitted by law, ap33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
All content on the ap33 platform, including logos, brand names, graphics, text and software, is the intellectual property of ap33 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing or using any content without prior written permission.
The ap33 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and ap33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites.
Changes to Terms, Account Termination and Governing Law
Ap33 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Ap33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without notice in the following circumstances: suspected fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, failure of identity verification, or at ap33's sole discretion for any other reason deemed necessary. In cases of termination due to user misconduct, any balance associated with bonuses or promotional credits will be forfeited.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
